cancelling the Queer Mutiny café event plz

just got a message from Dreaded Rhubarb who booked and was going to organise a Queer Mutiny Café event nearer the end of the month, saying that it's looking like it's not going to happen and asking if i could get someone to cancel it for him.

so, could a kitchen volly or event manager please strike the booking from the events diary? thanks!
