PRICES

Post by scoutwinter » Sat Feb 20, 2010 10:38 am

looks like it's time for a price review.
let's talk about this in the next kitchen/events meeting!
we are working harder and making the same profit. that doesn't make sense!

In addition to reviewing prices, try looking at other suppliers, or cheaper ingredients. Sometimes things like switching from pine kernels to chopped peanuts can make an enormous difference to cost, without compromising the taste sensation too much :)
Maybe it could work? But it will be a kaleidoscopic blend of mysterious shadows and rainbow hued-dreams seen through compassionate tears.
