darkroom and workshop flood

Postby katymac » Fri Jan 07, 2011 9:35 pm

Hey there,

The flood has been mopped up, and the floor mopped with bleach and then with the eucalyptus disinfectant. Still doesn't smell great, but not too bad. Another mop wouldn't go amiss. The workshop floor was such a mess there's probably bits I didn't get to. Didn't have to throw too much away, but there were things on/near the floor in both rooms that had to go, and there might be more - all the items in the darkroom that were affected are in the middle of the floor now, some just need a wipe with disinfectant around the base, but others might be damaged, and I wouldn't use the kettle. Ick.
