I declare! --

A hall and action room action day this Friday, the 17th. Things that need doing:

Hall
- Tidying up all the furniture in the hall
- Clearing the behind the bar area of the hall
- Tidying up sound equipment
- Generally giving is a clean

Action Room
- Clean the hell out of it
- Arrange good bins (inc. recycling)
- Move some things that've been stored to the balcony so we've more space
- Making some "keep it clean" notices

I will be doing this from 1pm. I'd like as much help as possible! Please post here if you're going to join me, and from when.

This turns out to be a lie, or being being stupid about my capacity to work all day every day. Won't be in Forest until 1, but will post a fuller To Do list before then

-get new lampshades
-paint the old toilets
-paint a mural outside the fire escape

do you mean paint over the Beno's? can we not just restore the Beno's? we have more copies on the balcony, we could just paper over the graffiti damaged areas? no?

Fuck yeah mr c. Me and brittony were talking about doing some installation type thing in the toilets, the new ones, i have been wanting to do some sort of mural for years but never had the time, who has nothing to do this weekend or any time soon me, that's who, see you then.

Thanks to Keni and Mirja, Forest heroes, who helped me out in the big Hall clean-up! Also to Jamie, who did some much-needed hall maintenance.

We got the Hall job list done, though there's now some furniture that needs fixing in the balcony. Mirja had a good bash at the Action Room, but we didn't have enough people to really sort it out, so we'll need to call another day for that.
