Forest cock machine

Hi there again. We were talking about this the other day in the meadows, a portable anti jembe device aka the forest cock machine. We think this would be an adequate deterrent for those who wish to slap there members on a piece of taught animal skin to the annoyance of others.
It can be wheeled out by any trained volunteer and yes we have the relevant risk assessment documents.
At the moment it is still just out of the design process and will go into production soon. There has been suggestions that the male members of the forest working group should use there own genitals as templates for the casts.
If anyone would like to help with this we will meet some time soon to construct the machine.
