i just changed the top to have a row of 3 images that represent:
a link to the home page
a link to the Full Screen BB
a link to the Live Chat BB

i don't have the time to fix the problem for all browsers and OS, so this is my EZ solution. ... i hope.

Would it be possible to make a calendar for working group meetings as part of the website? Yay, nay?

there is a fantastic calendar on the site already.. it just needs to be used. anyone with an account http://www.theforest.org.uk/members/
can Add events or workshop dates! - the wording of it is very "BAND and MUSIC" sounding... but it works for all types of events.

look at my entry to my 1st workgroup meeting along with a few others.. i haven't time to setup everyones... but if everyone finds this to be the way forward.. i will.
