Meeting with Malcolm Kennedy to discuss building fire, fun

we're meeting with malcolm kennedy to discuss august plans, fire plans, forest 10 year plan etc etc. He will tell us things we need to know about upstairs. He will also bring the fire people. He's a nice guy.

The meeting is Thurs. at 10.30 am.
I will be there
Tim too

I feel we could have 2 / 3 more people present (it's not necessary but it will be good for others to see these people etc.)

the fire people will i guess be checking around to see how building is now too though, beware, they are not all tommy toms...

A prior clearing of the fire exits might be advisable. And making sure extinguishers are in the right place. And all fires are out. Etc.
