This really needs done now! Can we call someone out, or can someone fix it? I've tired many times, and failed the same.

Does Miroslav know something about toilets? We can offer him money. He will be cheaper than a pro!

eh? what does miro ken about plumming?
Maybe it could work? But it will be a kaleidoscopic blend of mysterious shadows and rainbow hued-dreams seen through compassionate tears.

Graeme is coming in to take a look at it tomorrow night. Keep the punters out of it until then!

Update...

Post by graeme » Fri May 18, 2007 9:39 am

Looks like both the inlet shut-off and the flush mechanism are goosed.
I have removed all the internal gubbins to let the inlet water flow straight down the pan rather than filling the cistern. I couldn't shut off the water as the shut of screw is facing the wall and I couldn't get to it.
Being able to get into the workshop would have helped!
I will buy the bits I need today and fix it tomorrow.

Graeme should have a workshop key. If no-one has a spare one to offer, I will get a new one cut soon.

Toilet fixed

Post by graeme » Sat May 19, 2007 8:48 pm

The fill and flush internals have been replaced and the shut-off screw on the inlet pipe is now accessible.
If anyone wants to know how to shut off the water to the cisterns ask me and I will show you.

Speaking of workshop key: Hailey had her bag stolen at Forest last week and the workshop key was in it (she was painting a table). We need to cut a new one for behind the counter, as well.
