Laundry
Is Jamie not doing anymore?
I suppose it would be good to have a system. Am I imagining that we have a washing machine in the office? If we do, does it work? If it does, could we be organised enough to do it ourselves? Once a week on Sundays or something?
Or was the plan to get it done outside the Forest?
I'm never sure what the cafe has exactly that needs laundering. There are some aprons, and some tea towels that never get used but seem to not be clean either. Can't people bring their own aprons? Then we might not need any laundry.

we should buy a washing machine. can anyone hunt a decent one on freecycle / ebay and make a buy. obviously we want one that does not use too much energy --- and it would need a dryer ----
but we could even let vollies use it durring shifts etc for a small fee or what not? maybe? forest free launderette anyone?

Jamie is no longer with us, and neither are half our teatowels/aprons.
The tea towels do get used, and they're great to have around when laundered regularly.
Greg did the laundry last week and I think Trish offered to do it this time...maybe it was someone else? It might be a good job for people who can't come in for a whole shift, but would like to help...
