What I'm up to tommorrow..
Got my first meeting with my "New Deal for musicians" mentor tommorrow. Hopefully it'll be a positive experience. I'm kinda wary to be honest. Then I'm in the studio at Jewel & Esk Valley college with my Polish friend Marcin who I met at the hub of all happenings that is the Forest Cafe. How lucky am I? Studio time would cost good money normally and Marcin knows what he's doing although sometimes there are some wee communication issues. Marcin and me think that the background noise from the fridge is too much to make a sell-able c.d. Neil and Gareth who helped me to record it, disagree. It would be awesome if I could have it all together with artwork for the gig on Valentines day at the launch of my friend Carolines events group "Never-ending Arts".
